By accessing or using the Cossoup website (cossoup.com) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Products
All products are handcrafted in small batches. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
2. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We accept card payments via Paystack and bank transfers. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes.
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (public holidays, courier delays, etc.). Cossoup is not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
4. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Consultations
Consultation bookings are subject to availability. Payment of ₦10,000 is required to confirm a booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Cossoup Industries Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cossoup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
