Processing Time

All our products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and packaging before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery within Lagos

Orders within Lagos are delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Delivery Nationwide (Nigeria)

We deliver across all 36 states plus the FCT. Nationwide delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and displayed at checkout — no surprises. We occasionally run free shipping promotions; follow us on Instagram to stay updated.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Commitment

We stand behind every product we make. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
  • Contact us promptly after delivery if you wish to make a return — we handle each case individually.
  • If your product arrived damaged in transit, we will replace it at no charge — please send us photos when you contact us.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery via shop@cossoup.com or WhatsApp 09167538946.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. We will provide a return address and full instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift sets that have been unwrapped and partially used
  • Products purchased during final-sale or clearance promotions

Refund Method

Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account used for the original payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transfer to reflect.
